Member Drink Card Audit
Hosts can use this page to update their active card.
Note that this only needed if you have lost your current card and found an old one you want to use instead of ordering a new one.
If you have ordered a new card, it will automatically be made active.
Entries after 11:59 PM each Tuesday will not be updated until the following week.

We are conducting an audit of the drink cards members are using.
All cards have been deactivated, and only ones entered here will be reactived. As such, all members must complete this form by Thursday night (12/12/2024 5:00 PM). This date was recently extended. The form will not accept entries after this time.

Please remember that only one card of each type will be active at any time. This means if you find a previously lost card it will no longer be active unless you update it here.
Tip: Newly printed cards are now printed with the date printed to help avoid mixing up old cards. In addition the number in the brackets is the issue number, which goes up for every new card, it is not a high score, despite Billy Greenham’s efforts. 🤣
